After a day of hiking, skiing or paddle boarding, return your home base for a quiet evening of board games. We are fairly centrally located & close to many outdoor activities & some lovely dining spots: Lake Willoughby (11 mi.); Crystal Lake (6.7 mi.) Craftsbury Outdoor Center (8.2 mi.); Jay Peak (30 mi.); Burke Mountain (31 mi.); Parker Pie Pizza (2.8 mi.); Hill Farmstead Brewery (18 mi.); andThe Manor at Runaway Pond (3.8 mi.). Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Northwoods Guest Cabin

Welcome to this beautifully crafted post & beam guest house in East Craftsbury. Lovely forest views, a running stream out back. Although 1 small dog is generally fine, please read further about the pet policy. Check in 3pm. Check out 11am and please park in designated spot. Experience all that Craftsbury and the Northeast Kingdom has to offer: Museum of Everyday Life, Bread & Puppet Museam, Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Highland Center of the Arts, hikes, cross-country skiing!

Ann’s Schoolhouse

Complete with the original school bell, chalk board and desks from 1901 you'll take a trip back in time when you visit! You and your family will love the quiet serenity as you sit by the fire pit and take in the views. This cozy home is perfect for your family vacation or event, couples weekend away or a friends trip. Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Meadow Woods Cabin, private, cozy and unconnected

Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your rocking chair on the cabin's wonderful porch. There is a large, well equipped kitchen, open space floor plan, new shower unit and plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Easy access to VAST snowmobile trails, within an hour's drive to 3 ski areas (Stowe, Smuggler's Notch and Jay Peak), X-Country skiing right outside the door or in Craftsbury or Stowe. Elmore State Park is 3 miles away. Hiking trails and kayaking abound!

It is well appointed with antiques, a hand carved queen bed and a big collection of eclectic books that we encourage our guests to go home with. This simple home is the place to go to turn off your phone, breathe, and unwind. Located down a dirt road and on our town's world class cross country ski trail system, it's a 5 min drive to the Craftsbury Outdoor Center and 15 m to Hill Farmstead/Jasper Hill Farm. Close to many places to hike, kayak, downhill ski, and more, the Airbnb is also near many local artists, breweries, and restaurants (Blackbird! Hill Farmstead!).
