Large stocked kitchen w/ Rehoboth’s famous Rise Up coffee. 5 minutes from Milton’s picturesque historic downtown and super close to Dogfish Head Brewery’s main Milton location. Strategically located between Dogfish and Dewey Beer Company w/ Nassau winery close too!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. You are welcome to explore and enjoy our property. We are located 30 miles from Delaware beaches. When requesting to book, please include a brief message telling us who is coming (max 2 guests) and the purpose for your travel plans. Requests without this basic info won’t be approved.
