This cozy 400sqft space is the middle cottage of the 'Art' Studio. It has everything you need to enjoy a weekend get away. Saluda River Farms is an 8 acre farm on the Saluda River. Bring your Kayaks to enjoy a relaxing trip up the river or ride your bike on the beautiful back country roads. We are located 7 miles from DT Greenville and only 20 minutes from nature hikes and quaint little country towns. You can also relax on the farm - we have 3 goats and 8 chickens. Pets are always welcome.

Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.
