The house is a modern architecturally-designed retreat with 3 bedrms (sleeps 6), 3 bathrms, kitchen, scullery & large garden with mature trees. A suntrap all year round, great for lounging around, the fire, wetback & solar heating will keep you cosy in winter. No parties, smoking and guests. Late checkout poss some times.

Sunny, spacious and warm with vibrant colour inside and out, Sunset Beach House has a mix of vintage and modern furnishings, and everything you could wish for, for a holiday or getaway at Otaki's beautiful beach. Fully equipped with four spacious bedrooms on a quarter acre section, there's plenty of room to spread out and relax. A house for all seasons, enjoy leisurely beach walks, sun, surf and sand in the Summer, or cosy up by the fire in Winter and take in the snow on the beautiful Tararuas.

Freshly renovated 1920s home, with three double rooms & one small single, two bathrooms and a large deck where you can enjoy the sun and a BBQ with friends. The backyard has a pétanque court for your entertainment. Only a 400m stroll to the square, which hosts many of Martinborough's fantastic cafes, bars and bike hire. An easy and enjoyable bike to Martinborough's famous vineyards. Come and enjoy what Martinborough has to offer!

Tennis courts are across the road (racquets provided), it’s a dream spot for wine lovers, with over 20 wineries within walking or cycling distance.

Unlimited hot water as on a gas infinity system. One shower, 2 toilets. Family friendly with free unlimited Wi-fi, Sky TV, a wide variety of DVD's, books, puzzles and games. A short walk from Greytown's boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. A base to explore the regions vineyards, festivals, and forest parks or to simply unwind.

Fern Haven

Welcome to “Fern Haven”. A great retreat for couples & families to enjoy relaxing on the large sunny deck and taking advantage of the open plan living spaces. Make the most of the facilities that Pinot Grove has to offer, we are right across from the large communal heated swimming pool, tennis court & trampoline.(Pool is closed between Easter & Labour weekend) stroll into the village to enjoy fine eating, drinking, or hire bikes from us for a ride around the vineyards.

Escape to Venice - Martinborough Holiday Home

Escape to Venice is a comfortable and inviting 3-bedroom holiday home situated in the heart of Martinborough. It's prime location is within walking distance of the best Martinborough has to offer - cafes, restaurants and Memorial Square where the fair is held. The house sleeps 4-6 adults and 2-4 children, making it the perfect choice for a family holiday. Wine lovers are in luck too with an abundance of wineries in the area, many being within a 10 minute walk away.
