Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This beautiful duplex, a 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, has a huge front porch to "sit a spell" with a cold glass of lemonade. You have sole access to everything in this lovely unit as well as front and back outdoor spaces. Parking is off-street at the back of the house. Pets are welcome- just tell us they're coming!
