In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. The apartment is 67 m². Very bright and silent. It 's next to the Dillens (a bar where you can get a break first), The justice's palace and the "Door Louise". It's perfect for business traveler alone or a couple, not for people who don't share intimacy. This old house has been transformed to isolate noise from one apartment to another and it's for quiet people only. The district is quiet, the street very low traffic. the bedroom is on the garden's side. I'm living in the house.

Maison Marguerite holds all the trumps to enjoy the beauty of Brussels. The house, a 'maison de maître' from early 1900, was renovated thoroughly. The authenticity of the house was preserved as much as possible. When you rent Maison Marguerite entirely you dispose of the entire house. A common space with big massive table, kitchen with industral smeg oven and Liebherr fridge, wooden floor, fireplace and enough sofa seats for the whole group.

Nice Studio near GrandPlace CenterB

A nice room in Antoine's Guest House. Beautiful and recently renovated flat: closely set twin-bed bedroom, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. I also provide towels, shampoo, hairdryer, TV and Wi-Fi access. The house is in a 2-min. walk from the Central Station and the Grand-Place, also near an underground public parking (the daily rate is 22€). The unit is accessible by elevator. Bright & Luxury apt on Louise Ave.

Comfort, elegance, space, location, equipment are just a a few words to summarise this astonishing apartment right in the "hype" spot of Brussels. One very large bedroom facing the inner court (very quiet) with the bathroom imbedded in it. A separate toilet. A totally open space with kitchen, living room dining room all in one very large area. The sofa bed in the living room has an extra mattress for a better comfort.
