5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

Erhöht über dem Tal bietet es herrliche Ausblicke auf Berg und Tal. Der Platz strahlt eine besondere Ruhe aus und ist voller positiver Energie. Da es keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn gibt, ist man hier völlig ungestört.

Your temporary home in the mountain wonderland Davos is situated in a quiet, sunny location in walking distance from the congress centre and the hockey arena. Shops, restaurants, bars and mountain railways are just a few bus stops away or a couple of minutes by car. The cosy completely refurbished apartment in the ground floor of the "Nanihüsli" has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, separate bedroom and living room with a sofa, TV and hi-speed Wifi.

Inside you will find a cozy atmosphere with 5 comfortable beds, and two bathrooms, one of which includes a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a spacious terrace with a barbecue.

Davos-Sertig, Ferien in der Natur

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.

Chalet Sagentobel - Erholung pur und doch zentral

Unser Ferienhaus (Chalet Sagentobel) ist zwar schon alt, aber sehr gemütlich! Der rauschende Bach und die unendliche Stille, wenn es schneit, sind wahrlich spezielle Erlebnisse im Chalet. Moderne Technik (46" Flat Screen TV, 50Mbit WLAN, Radio) und Elektro-Öfen in allen Zimmern treffen auf das Jahrhunderte alte Holzwerk mit einem rustikalen, mit Holz heizbaren Kachelofen.
