This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

Apartment Astra is placed in Kaštel Kambelovac and is located on the 2nd floor of a four-story building, orientation south and west. Fully equipped kitchen is available. Flat-screen TV's with satellite channels are available in the living room and both bedrooms. Beds in both bedrooms can be arranged either as single or double beds. There is a couch in the living, suitable for an adult. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Wheelchair ramp and elevator are available.

There is also the option of booking the whole house.

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
