Deze heerlijke comfortabele woning ligt vlakbij het centrum en een groen park. Van alle gemakken voorzien; gratis parkeerplaats en het gratis gebruik van twee fietsen... Binnen 10 minuten ben je met de fiets in het centrum. Maar eenmaal weer in de woning ervaar je de rust en de ruimte. De woning heeft drie ruime slaapkamers en een een balkon. 2 keer een twee persoonsbed en 1 keer een eenpersoonsbed Een slaapkamer met een 1 persoonsbed. Hier staat ook een bureau met een computer screen.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie bij het spiksplinternieuwe zomherhuisje. Het huisje is in 2023 opgeleverd en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijke slaapkamers, een moderne keuken, een fijne woonkamer en prachtige natuur. Er is WIFI, TV, vloerverwarming, moderne keuken en er zijn maar liefst 3 slaapkamers. Het is 1 van de mooiste plekjes aan het meer met de bijzonder mooie avondzon over het schitterende Paterswoldsemeer. Het is een zeldzaam en rustig plekje.

Vanuit deze centraal gelegen woning ligt alles binnen handbereik. Op loopafstand van het treinstation groningen noord en het prachtige noorderplantsoen. Met de gescheiden grote woonkeuken, woonkamer en 3 kamers boven (inclusief werkplek) is er een plek voor ieder wat wils. Parkeren in de straat is mogelijk tegen betaling. Een weekpas is beschikbaar voor €85. (Senseo koffiemachine) Totaal 5 volwassen slaapplekken: > Twee persoonsbed (180cm) + 2x eenpersoonsbed + logeerbed in woonkamer.

Op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum en het Noorderplantsoen. Buurtsuper Benny’s zit om de hoek. Het strand van het Paterswoldsemeer is 10 minuten auto en 17 fiets. Fietsverhuur op 200m afstand.

Are you looking for a lovely upstairs apartment with balcony, at walking distance of the city centre of Groningen? Congratulations, you just found it. This is an ideal location to explore the georgious town of Groningen. The Noorderplantsoen (park) is just around the corner. The apartment is luxurious, spacious (appr. 75 m2) and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Parking is possible in the neighborhood, and there is a parking garage nearby (Q-Park Westerhaven).

The painted House, bed & breakfast

You are welcome to stay at 't Beschilderde Huis to enjoy Jo's artistic/homely atmosphere. Guests have their own entrance, livingroom and kitchen. Bathroom/toilet and bedrooms are upstairs. Breakfast and/or eveningmeals are an extra option, but cost are not included. Groningen is a 15km bikeride. At 3km walk from the house there is a good busconnection. Host offers language lessons ( English, Italian, Dutch). We appreciate good communication before accepting requests.

A nice, cozy little house on the edge of the old center. Fully furnished, comfortable and fully equipped. Can be booked for a short or longer stay. On the first day, a partly organic, self-service breakfast will be ready for you. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23.
