It’s also centrally located in the popular Südvorstadt neighborhood, with the “KarLi” right around the corner. Yet it’s quiet. Free street parking is available.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe eines Parks und hat eine gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt und zur Leipziger Seenlandschaft. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage, Gemütlichkeit und Einrichtung, die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2016 fertiggestellt. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern) geeignet. Wohnfläche ca. 90m² bis 5 P., 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Schlafpl., Wohnzimmer 1 weiterer Schlafpl.

Die helle Wohnung mit Blick auf den Garten befindet sich im Souterrain einer Doppelhaushälfte. Die FW hat einen großen Wohnraum mit bequemer Schlafcouch ( 2 m x 1,60 m) und integrierter Miniküche. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit großem Doppelbett (2 m x 1,80 m) ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist geeignet für bis zu 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene mit 1 bis 2 Kindern. Ein Kinderreisebett und ein Kinderhochstuhl stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich vor dem Grundstück.

This flat is perfect for families that are visiting Leipzig or assembly workers/temporary workers that need a cozy place to stay until their contract work in Leipzig is done. There are at least 3 places to sleep and if needed, additional mattresses can be put in the rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and there are lots of parking spaces. The city center can be reached within 15 minutes by car or with the close-by Tram that gets you to the heart of Leizpig’s downtown area within 20 minutes.
