Newly renovated waterfront antique 1890 cottage set on Keeny Cove, in Waterford, CT. A little slice of heaven on CT’s Shoreline sleeps 4 adults with 1-2 small children comfortably or 5 adults. Not ideal for 6 adults. Property has 75 feet of private waterfront. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Viking. DR seats 6. LR has FP, daybed/trundle with 2 twin beds. 4 Prkg spaces. 2 BR’s located on the 2nd floor w/1/2 bath. 1 Qn /1 Dbl beds. Full dbl vanity, tub/shower off of LR. Lg outdoor shower.

Private studio surrounded by nature with its own entrance and screened in porch. The only thing that is shared is the driveway with Apt #1 and #2, perfect for those who want to travel with friends. ALL linens are laundered fresh for every guest, from the comforter to the mattress and pillow protectors. Barbecue and a firepit that you are welcome to use. You can arrive any time thats convenient to you after the 3pm check in time. That time is often earlier and I will be sure to let you know.

Short drive to the Coast Guard Academy, Conn College, Domion (Millstone) and The US Submarine Base. And if you’re here for fun, we are 1.5 miles to Ocean Beach (borrow our pass for free access) 20 min to Mohegan Sun & 25 to Foxwoods and 15 min to Mystic.
