This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. Enjoy peace & tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a partial ocean view from your deck (on clear days)!
