The Stable

We have a beautiful well planned spacious ground floor studio Flat.We converted our stables to provide a lovely living space with separate bathroom and kitchen, low ceilings giving cosy feel. This is situated in Farm surroundings with horses in the field. There are plenty of country walks and close to a number of beaches within the Gower. Beaches to name a few Mumbles, Rhossili LLangennith, Oxwich, Porteynon, Three Cliffs .We are situated on the welsh coastal path and the national cycle route.

Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Nearby attractions are Pembrey Country Park, Llanelli Wetland Centre, Kidwelly Castle & The Mumbles on the Gower Peninsula, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. With the Loughor Estuary and the Wales Coastal Path within walking distance. Situated close to the Gower, with a number of beautiful beaches and coastal walks. An hour's drive to the Brecon Beacons National Park with its amazing hills, forests and waterfalls. About an hour and a half drive leads to both Tenby and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

No 2 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door, No 1 is slightly smaller and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
