Location Location Location! Birkelunden is the perfect location to stay when visiting Oslo. You'll be in the heart of Grunerløkka with everything right outside the door. Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Det er viktig at du som gjest forstår når du ser på bildene Leiligheten har et soveområde, men ikke separat soverom. Man må regne med at noe støy vil kunne forekomme da leiligheten ligger midt i sentrum. Det er kun 22 minutter med tog til flyplassen. Alt av severdigheter i Oslo ligger i nærheten.

MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendeler i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Formerly a stocking factory and a violin workshop, now adapted to a 30 m2 living space for a comfortable stay in Oslos most pulsating city part. Within few steps you can enjoy a coffee at Tim Wendelboe's, steel a kiss at the fountain on Olaf Ryes plass, pass the waterfall to a culinary stroll of Europe in one building - Mathallen or see a concert at Parkteatret. And you didn't even leave the hood. ;)

Beautiful home in the heart of Oslo, Grünerløkka.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.

From the apartment, everything is within walking distance, whether it´s shopping, nightlife, nature or culinary experiences you want to explore (1min walk to the grocery store and 2min walk to the bus stop)

Quiet but central neighborhood. Easy to get around Oslo from here. I walk to everything and have activities, Food market, cafes, bakery, parks, town centre nearby. The bathroom, kitchen and hall are redecorated. Please note that check in must be before 22.00/10pm.
