The 58-sqm space in a traditional chalet boasts a wraparound balcony of 30 sqm with impressive views. Skiing, cycling and walking are close, with the iconic ambience of Gstaad just close by. Two ski lifts are each 500 m away. The flat is non-smoking and no-pet.

Relax with the whole family in our new house (built in 2022) on the sunny side of the valley with views in three directions, directly on the Schönried-Gstaad winter hiking trail / summer hiking trail. Four valley stations for skiing are a 5-minute drive away. The free "Gstaad Card" offers special experiences, discounted gondola tickets, and free use of buses and trains around Gstaad, Zweisimmen, and Lenk. It's absolutely fantastic for hiking!

Hiking, biking trails, and ski slopes start nearby. There’s no kitchen, but a full-meal restaurant is next door, with others nearby. Bahnhof, Bergbahnen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Mieter des Hauses dürfen die Angebote der Gstaadcard buchen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Zentralheizung, der Kamin wird mit Holz eingefeuert. Klappt wunderbar!
