The apartment has black out curtains, a workstation with two monitors, washer/dryer in unit, kitchen/bathroom amenities (cleaners, spices, blender, coffee maker, mixer, vacuum, hair dryer, linens, paper products..) for move in ready use, furnished with fine furniture, comfortable lounge chair to watch TV in each room, parking outdoors for two, peaceful country living to get away from traffic/noise, shade tree picnic area.

Spacious, yet warm and cozy, The living room has a comfortable sleeper, flat screenTV with cable and free wifi. kitchen is stocked with a full size stove with oven, microwave, mini refrigerator with freezer and Keurig coffee maker.

Gruene Reservations Condo 205

Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.
