April 2, 2025: We have closed reservations on this house for the next several months as we do a major remodel. When it is finished we will have two bedrooms, full kitchen, and be completely handicapped friendly. -Dave My mother built this as her retirement house. She wanted a cozy, comfortable, house with a beautiful view. Wood floors, fireplace with firewood provided for the chilly Monteverde nights, beautiful windows so that you are looking down on the tops of the trees in the river gorge.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the house has large common areas perfectly designed to have a cozy and fun cloud forest experience!
