The Residency sits at the end of the RV park at the Playa 14 for extra privacy. Your stay includes a *1* day-pass for each guest to Playa 14 which includes 3 pools, restaurants, bars, beach and is kid-friendly. Located just a few minutes drive to the town of El Paredon.

Rental includes day passes to Playa 14 for all guests(valid for every night that you stay) where you’ll find delicious food & drinks, kid-friendly shallow pools or adult-only swimming area/ cabañas. The RV comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with a king-sized loft bed & a queen-sized bed in the back bedroom. Couch & dinette can be converted into sleeping spaces for children.
