Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Located near Interamerican University, Mennonite Hospital, the convention center, supermarkets, and restaurants, this home offers the perfect combination of convenience and comfort. Inside, you'll find three bedrooms, each with beds. There's also a modern bathroom. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV. The entire home is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need.
