Grazioso bilocale all'interno di un bellissimo ed antico casolare in pietra immerso nel verde della campagna umbra, ideale per rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura e godere di piacevoli passeggiate nel bosco. Casa Bonari è un appartamento indipendente su un unico livello all'interno di una villa ai piedi di Monticchiello. E' composto da 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina attrezzata e salotto. Le stanze sono luminose e arredate in stile toscano, con vecchi mobili di famiglia ristrutturati uniti ad elementi contemporanei. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e l'appartamento circondato su ogni lato da un grande giardino, così che tutte le stanze vantano un bellissimo panorama sulla campagna.

Il piccolo appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2021, con pietra a vista e antiche travi in legno, e un panorama che rende il soggiorno unico! Zona pedonale molto silenziosa. Sono presenti cucina, bagno e camera da letto matrimoniale (eventuale lettino e seggiolone x bimbi). A 200m parcheggio gratuito. In casa tutti i comfort per un soggiorno in pieno relax!

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
