Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

Mediterranean Getaway with breakfast Healdsburg

Attractive, ultra-romantic, almost-a-cottage Bed&Breakfast(no extra charge for breakfast) is waiting for you in our restored 1930s-era home in a peaceful corner of northern Sonoma County. Ours is a quiet rural road nestled in beautiful oaks, redwoods, California bay, buckeye trees near the bottom of Fitch Mountain, some 100’ above the Russian Rive. Fitch Mountain is known for its interesting local history, eclectic building styles, beautiful views, secluded neighborhoods, and friendly spirit.

Wine Country Estate

A very Quiet and Private Estate surrounded by an acre of redwoods in the center of the Wine Country. Open beam ceilings, 3 fire places, three large redwood decks and 5 person Spa. Many couches and lounge chairs. There is a Fire Pit, paths and outdoor benches to relax on. It is Soundproofed and has a solarium. Indoors has high ceiling with skylights to view the dense surrounding redwoods with mid-century modern furniture. There is a 9 PM to 8AM quiet hour and there is no amplified sound allowed.

Forest Cozy Home

My house in Forestville is a walk to the river (Steelhead County Beach), near endless wineries, canoe rentals, gorgeous Sonoma coast beaches, Santa Rosa airport, a bicycle trail through West County with bike rentals in downtown Forestville offering immediate access to the trail, and a very well-stocked little grocery store a 5-minute walk down the hill. Lovely back roads take you to Healdsburg to the north or Sebastopol to the south. My dog & I stay in a basement studio when guests are here.

There is no stove/oven due to zoning/licensing so the cottage has a microwave, small air fryer, toaster and bbq.

Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco.
