Welcome to the Barndominium! 4 miles off I-70. This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place about a 2 minute drive to the Marina at Piedmont Lake Whether your a hunter, fisherman or just a family looking to spend quality time together, the bonefish cabin is for you. The Wilmington Cabin is nestled in a wooded setting just minutes from Salt Fork Lake. The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests, featuring one queen bedroom and a loft area with two king sized beds. The living room also has a pull out couch for additional sleeping. Inside you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to enjoy the covered porch, charcoal grill, firepit, and private hot tub. This pet-friendly cabin welcomes your furry companions, so the whole family can enjoy the escape.

Outside city limits, peaceful retreat offers 1000 sq ft on 1/2 acre. Perfect for families, couples, or business travelers. Three TVs for streaming and reliable WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials for cooking. Cozy up in front of the electric fireplace in the living room. Two bedrooms with fresh linens and plenty of storage space. Fire pit with 3 outdoor sitting areas. Walking distance to two restaurants. Clean and quiet home close to great food and fun activities.

Songbird Shanty

Awaken to the sounds of nature's symphony, in this quaint little cabin. Bunk beds and a small table are within the cabin. A small fire ring is located in front, along with a chair on the porch. Multiple walking/hiking trails are located on the mostly wooded property. A shared, self-contained toilet is located in a nearby deer blind. *There is another cabin listed as Songbird Shack. We now have electric along with a box fan and floor lamp. Guests must supply their own water.

Valley View Cabin -Salt Fork State Park FIBER WIFI

Valley View Cabin borders Salt Fork State Park on a country gravel park road and is just below Rocky Fork Ranch. Salt Fork lake is a short drive back down the dirt road. Sit and enjoy the birds and deer from the screened in front porch and enjoy no neighbors in view. Clean is our thing! Cabin is best suited for 2 but we can accommodate a small family using a sofa sleeper. New central air for your comfort!

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Secluded Family Retreat

Explore the trails, creeks, woods & fields. Catch your dinner on the 2 1/2 acre lake. Boat, kayaks, basic fishing gear, bait and firewood are provided. Or just relax on the porch and watch the wildlife. Located just 15 minutes from Salt Fork State Park.
