Drei Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Himmelbett, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ein En-Suite-Bad, ein Bad separat, beide haben eine Dusche, Bidet, WC, Waschbecken, Kosmetikspiegel. Separate, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Mikrowelle, Glasauswahl etc. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Wohnhauses ohne Aufzug.
