Im Ort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum zubereitet von Speisen benötigt. Im Ort gibt es sehr gute Restaurants. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und nicht überlaufen. Das Wetter sehr sonnensicher. Die Terrasse lädt zum relaxen ein. Auch eine Tauchschule gibt es im Ort.

Fernab vom Tourismusrummel liegt unsere Mandel-Finca auf 800m über dem Meeresspiegel im sonnigen Westen der Insel. Hier hat man seine Ruhe und ist dennoch schnell unterwegs, denn die Autobahnauffahrt ist nur 2,5km entfernt. In unserer unmittelbaren Umgebung sind viele traumhafte Wanderwege und in 25 Minuten ist man im Naturschutzpark (Cañadas) und in 15 Minuten am Strand. Der ideale Ausgangsort um die Insel des ewigen Frühlings zu erforschen.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.
