After years of being an Airbnb guest in Nosara we found the perfect spot. Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!

Ohana Makai Nosara - Ocean View and Walk to Beach

Villa Ohana is a brand new villa, 4 bedrooms/4.5 baths with ocean views from every bedroom, kitchen, living room, and pool area! It is a luxury house nestled into the cliffside just above Playa Guiones. You can see the surf break as you sip your coffee, and walk to the beach and restaurants in Guiones. The villa has a beautiful saltwater pool with a bbq and sunken living room next to the pool. You will enjoy a concierge service and access to Nalu Studio's fitness classes at a special rate.

Villas Costa Bella Studio #1 ~ Close to the Beach

In a very sought after location in Playa Guiones, Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll to a variety of restaurants. This Studio comes with king-bed, private bathroom and patio. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, hotplate and air fryer, perfect for preparation of a light meal and snacks. There is a shared BBQ in the Rancho. The private patio has 2 chairs and small table that faces the pool area and rancho.
