Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

Cozy Traveller's Cottage Close to Downtown

This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children. Please note for your comfort the standard weight capacity for the bedframe is approx 500 lbs. I have two sweet pups (Lily, Hildey) and an outdoor cat (Skipper-Doo).

Mid-Century Breeze

A mid-century modern apartment in our home. You will have an open kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops open to the bright living room. Two kings, a queen bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower complete the space. The back deck has a grill and fire pit. We have a small Maltese dog who you will share the back yard with (puppy love is free!). The apartment is separated from a smaller suite where the hosts reside but you will have full privacy and access to the back yard.

If you’re here on a Tues or Wed you may see the F-18 Super Hornet Blue Angels, as they practice these days. We are 5 minutes to Pensacola Beach and 10 minutes to historic downtown Pensacola.

The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.
