Cozy open living room and kitchen with french doors to private patio and outdoor dining area with beautiful palm trees. Just a short walk across Hwy 98 to the dedicated beach! This place is the definition of simple living and is perfect for small groups and families. Fishing is extremely popular here as well. Clean and Quaint Cottage - Great Location

Quaint renovated cottage close to downtown (walking distance) and two blocks from PSJ Bay. This is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach, playing Pickleball or fishing. There is a large parking pad out front that will easily accommodate 4 vehicles or a boat and 1-2 vehicles. Frank Pate park is within walking distance with four Pickleball Courts or access for fishing. The backyard is fenced and there is a porch for enjoying the warm Florida evenings.
