The main house has 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms. The 4th bedroom in the separate guest house is included for groups of 10 guests; for smaller groups, it can be available for an extra fee. Come get away to this river retreat just outside of Lakewood Ranch. This property has three separate rental units on it including this charming single bedroom cottage with access to the river. It comes with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation! The other units on this property are the Guest House, a larger studio unit 1 bed/1 bath sleeps 2 (Search Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Guest House) and the Main House, a 2 bed/2 bath sleeps 7 (search Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Main House).

Cabin 1 - Old World Preserve Side

We only accept a reservation from a guest with reviews. This waterfront cabin is ideal. Furnished in an Old Florida Style with two single beds, a table lamp, and a chair. The bathhouse is steps away. No bathroom or kitchen in the cabin. Check-in between 3 PM and 6 PM. No late check-ins. A cabin deposit of $100 is mandatory. We welcome small dogs under 25 lbs. no exceptions. Message us before you make the reservation with a pet. A fee of $15 per day and a pet deposit of $50 taken at check-in.

The Lake View

The Lakeview is a cozy independent apartment with a separate entrance and its very own screened in breezeway. The apartment is bright and airy and decorated with fresh coastal Florida colors. Located on a beautiful property overlooking a small lake, It is tucked back from a main road that will bring you to Nokomis beach in five minutes. A short drive to Siesta Beach, Sarasota, and Venice. Around the corner from Oscar Scherer State Park, and walking distance to the Legacy Trail bike path.
