Downstairs there's an open floorplan with comfortable furniture, a 65' smart tv, a half bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meal of choice. Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms (primary suite has a nice view of the beach), 2 full bathrooms, plenty of clean linen, and a washer & dryer. Short distance away from the mall and coliseum. The Den is a 15 minute walk to the beach! This home features an outdoor bar (alcohol not included) & a pool table that transforms to ping pong & air hockey!
