We are conveniently located 10 miles from downtown Grand rapids, 5 miles from Grandvalley State university and 30 miles from the lake Michigan shoreline. Guests have FREE & exclusive use of 22' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & 70' private dock from May through October. Pet friendly, double-lot property w/large yard & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front; and a private pond out back. Lake Wabasis is about 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. And excellent fishing all year long.
