Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is a half hour away and is the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Tongue Creek Ranch offers everything from beautiful views of the famous Grand Mesa and Adobe Buttes to the peaceful sounds of creeks flowing around the property. Our petting zoo has 5 of the sweetest Nigerian Dwarf Goats, chickens, and the star of the show, BoMama our miniature donkey. Make a bonfire or visit a number of wineries, fishing holes, mountain hikes, snowboarding and skiing, boating, 4x4 trails, skydiving, scenic mountain towns, historical museums, national parks and more.

Stylish charm with two sleeping options. Queen bed on main level of tiny cottage or a lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees due to low headroom situation. Lovely park like setting with outside BBQ Grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door so not a ton of privacy.
