The Red Door - 1 Bedroom Studio and Bfst

The Red Door has been freshly renovated to provide a relaxing, comfortable and private space. A fully self contained guest suite at the rear of my Victorian Cottage which is situated on the beautiful Levan River. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the town and wharf precinct. A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

Self contained 2 story Cottage in a stunning 4 acre hobby farm, under 5 mins from the town of Penguin, at the base of the Mt Dial to Cradle Mountain range. The cottage has everything in place. Full kitchen, class touches, private deck & garden looking out to sea, and gentle farm sounds from Llamas, sheep & other and animals! A lovely farm experience, but still close to town & many local attractions.

Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds with an extra single bed and/or cot on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Kings View Farm ‘The Cottage’ - side of Mt Roland

This charming mountain style self-contained cottage is nestled on the side of Mount Roland, Tasmania. Located on a quiet unsealed road, with stunning views of the Dasher Valley on one side and Mount Roland on the other. Only 10 minutes from Sheffield (full amenities/dining), 45 minutes from Cradle Mountain, 1 hour from Launceston and 40 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania. Relax on the private deck, pat our goats or explore nearby walking tracks, waterfalls, wineries, tasting trails, etc.

Close to beach, river etc. Base for commuting to Cradle Mountain, Stanley and the many other attractions on the North West and West Coast. Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A 10 min walk to the CBD, beachside restaurants and foreshore BBQ area. A 7 min drive to the hospital and university campus. Well located for daytrips in the region. Also a great space for laptop work (WiFi and Smart TV). Laundry by request.
