The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

I'm sure you'll have a wonderful experience at our place located in the heart of Kuşadası. This ground floor apartment, perfect for up to 3+1 guests, has a total living area of 85 square meters. There are 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. You can enjoy spending time in your private garden throughout the summer. The city center is within easy walking distance, and if you prefer, public transportation is available right in front of the house.

Old Town Little Stone House

Hem merkeze çok yakın hem de huzurlu ve sessiz bir sokakta yer alan bu küçük 1+0 taş evde bir yatak odası, küçük bir mutfak alanı, tuvalet, banyo bulunur. Şirince şaraplarıyla ünlü güzel bir köydür ve yolların tamamı köy dokusuna göre taşlarla kaplıdır. Sezonda oldukça yoğundur bu sebeple aracınızı ücretli otoparka park etmeniz ve eve yürüyerek ulaşmanız gerekebilir. Eve yürürken iki farklı yol vardır; birinde oldukça dik bir yokuş bulunur, diğer yol az eğimlidir.
