A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. There are 2 bedrooms (double and two single beds, plus a cot if needed). Parking, WiFi, on demand TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric, bed linen & towels are all included. Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed on booking (apart from between July 19th and 30th August). Closed from November to February.

Welcome to the Old School House, Hayle. Our cosy, private and modern annexe provides a comfortable and stylish place to relax. We are centrally located in the pretty seaside town of Hayle, approximately 5 miles from St Ives, and within walking distance of Hayle's three miles of stunning golden beaches and harbour area. The old school house annexe sleeps two and has a private entrance, open plan dining and living area, kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom.

Kerensa is located on a peaceful, residential road and guests have sole use of the purpose built annexe, with private access, small garden patio and a designated driveway for parking one car. Owners, Karen and Brian, will happily provide suggestions for places to visit and dine, directions and help with any queries.
