Our Shepherds Hut newly built in 2021 sleeps 2 people and nestles nicely into it's own private space just next to the house, which is in a gorgeous rural location in the heart of Snowdonia national park. This hut has electricity, central heating, and hot water making it a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is an outdoor firepit/BBQ with table and bench to sit and eat, where you can take in the beautiful view. It's a perfect location for keen walkers and popular area for cyclist's.

The Seaview Apartment (Dog Friendly) at Lluesty

This Seaview Apartment is on the Top Floor of Lluesty, situated in the small village of Dyffryn Ardudwy between the coastal towns of Barmouth & Harlech. The views overlook the hills of Snowdonia & the Cardigan Bay Coastline with the most amazing sunsets. Built in 1819 the Georgian House provides a separate top floor apartment, with private entrance and door, accessed through the main building & staircase. The apartment Sleeps 5 with 3 bedrooms and a Lounge-Diner, bathroom & kitchen.

Rhiw Goch Cottage set in breath-taking gardens

Rhiw Goch Cottage is a spacious detached one bedroom stone-built cottage with wood burner dating from the 18th century or earlier. Our guests love the cottage for it's rustic charm and beautiful gardens with viewpoints over the Lledr valley. It's on a quiet hillside surrounded by craggy ancient woodland about 3 miles from Betws-y-Coed, well placed to explore Snowdonia but also well off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE we are unable to accept children under 10 yr old due to safety reasons.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Ty Coeden Bach (Little Tree House)

Situated halfway up a tree near the top of a mountain on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, with breathtaking panoramic sea and mountain views. Ty Coeden Bach offers unique, peaceful accomodation for up to two guests. Nestled near the top of Rhiw Mountain, between the popular villages of Abersoch and Aberdaron, it provides the perfect spot for either exploring everything the area has to offer, or to simply relax and unwind. Enjoy a (very) private, riverside break surrounded by birdsong and ancient oakwoods. Located on a biodiverse, working farm in Eryri National Park, our well equipped, comfortable Shepherdess Hut sits alongside Afon Nanmor (River), with the bathroom a two minute walk away. 10 minutes drive from Beddgelert, 15 minutes from the Watkin Path up Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) or 20minutes from the beach. Look out for views of Cnicht, Yr Wyddfa, the kingfisher and the Osprey.

Boasting an amazing elevated view of the cost and sunsets to die for. A hot tub sunk into the decking with views of the whole of Cardigan Bay.
