The holiday escape showcases original architectural beams, warm wood flooring, a sun room, a steam room sauna, and a backyard with a manicured garden and a dining area under the lush pergola. Beautiful indoor pool which is available from April 1st untill November 1st. Ground floor, first floor, garden and pool are available for guests only! Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest. Naša kućica spoj je modernog i rustikalnog. Suvremenom stilu pristaje rustikalni i daje ovoj kućici poseban šarm. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijela kuća od 100 m2 te okućnica od 2500 m2. Na zatvorenoj, grijanoj terasi je jacuzzi u upotrebi cijele godine. U kuhinji je na raspolaganju aparat za kavu te razne vrste čajeva. Kupaonica je potpuno opremljena: ručnici, ogrtači, papuče, gel za tuširanje, šampon, regenerator, wc papir, set za higijenu zuba, mali kozmetički set. U potkrovlju udoban krevet.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.
