We like to share our authentic 16th-century house right at the Spaarne river, in the beautiful and historic heart of Haarlem. Our house is perfectly located next to the Teyler museum (oldest museum in the country!). Famous Grote Markt + Bavo church, as well as restaurants, clubs, musea and shopping area are around the corner. Bus/train 10-15 minutes walk. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both basic) a cozy living with spectacular view & a spacious kitchen. Plus a small backyard & roof terrace!

Ideally suited for families with kids. Two comfortable bedrooms, spacious sunny balcony adjoining the large kitchen, cosy lounge garden and warm living room to make you feel at home. A wide variety of restaurants and cultural venues just around the corner. Only 40 minutes away from Schiphol (Amsterdam Airport) by public transport. The beach is only 30 minutes away (by bike or public transport). Upon request beforehand, we can make two bikes available to you (one equipped with a kids backseat.

Family House large garden near Beach and Amsterdam

Great family house of 200sqm in the beautiful village of Overveen. Bike 10 minutes to your right, you have the historical city of Haarlem with a great cultural and culinary offering. If you bike 10 minutes to your left side, you will find a very diverse natural landscape and Holland's finest beaches. When you want to visit Amsterdam just hop on the train at Overveen station (2 min walk from our house) and 20 minutes later you arrive. House has a large garden for the children to play in.

The flower parade will visit our village saturday around 6PM. Complete house with 3 bedrooms and large living in a small village near Haarlem and Amsterdam. Garden at the canal from Haarlem to Leiden. Restaurants and supermarkets are around the corner. Keukenhof and beach (Zandvoort and child friendly Langevelderslag): 8 km away. Walking distance from nature reserve Waterleidingduinen. The city of Haarlem is 8 km away. Amsterdam is 40 minutes by car.

Sfeervol jaren 30 bovenhuis met alle authentieke jaren 30 details waardoor het super sfeervol is. Er is ochtendzon aan het balkon aan het balkon aan de voorkant voor een heerlijk ochtend kopje koffie. En goede koffie is verzekerd door het Siemens inbouw espresso apparaat. Aan de achterzijde is een ruim dak terras op zuid west met zon tot zonsondergang. Lekker voor het afsluiten van de dag met een bbq op de green egg en een wijntje op de lounge set.
