Our historic cottage has period features cleverly integrated with modern facilities which include two luxurious queen size beds , two bathrooms, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. We are unique to Ballarat offering the cosy comfort of a wood fire as extra heating for those cold country nights. "Willo Cottage" is a centrally located 3 bedroom, recently refurbished house, newly decorated by an interior stylist. It is a family friendly with smart TV, free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. A fully enclosed and secure yard for your dog. It is situated on a quiet street, only a couple of minutes drive away from major sporting venues, shopping centre and the Grammar School. A few more minutes to the lake and the CBD. A Portacot and high chair can be supplied.

Sporting venues such as Mars stadium, Selkirk stadium & midlands golf club are close by. Lake Wendouree & Sovereign hill are a short drive away. Here for relaxation, soak in the spa bath or simply relax on the large deck with a platter & glass of wine.

Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Upon enjoyment of these, a return to Rosie’s cottage offers a tranquil stay- with access to free wifi & Netflix

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. With 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas you can relax and spread out. The home is very comfortable with everything you will need for your stay in Ballarat, also with excellent central heating. The property is very close to the hospitals, Ballarat CBD and Lake Wendouree with two off street car parks provided and ample free parking available on the street.

The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
