The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

This cute little cottage has been renovated from its 1600s origins to create a lovely holiday cottage. It has direct access to pretty countryside via walks along the disused railway path that is now a Nature Reserve and runs behind the cottage. You are situated on the edge of Hadleigh, so just a 10-minute walk to the heart of this charming historic Market Town set beside the river Brett. With lots of original charm in addition to modern conveniences, we’re sure you won’t be disappointed.

The Old Stables. Detached and full of character

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Self Contained Studio in Wivenhoe

Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

This beautiful semi-detached cottage is situated in the pretty, historic market town of Hadleigh in Suffolk. The cottage is in a perfect location for families and friends to explore this fascinating and beautiful part of the country. Visit the famous Wool Town of Lavenham with its wonky Tudor buildings or walk along the river at Flaford in the beautiful Dedham Vale, known as Constable country and designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Orchard Hadleigh Bramble lodge (2 bed)

One of 3 luxury lodges nestled within the Cherry Orchard. The lodge sleeps 4 people with lovely views, its own private hot-tub, large decking area, outside seating & sun loungers. The lodge is well equipped with everything you need, including coffee machine, smart TV ,large fridge freezer with water & ice dispenser, barbeque , pizza oven and outdoor fire pit .About a 20 min walk into Hadleigh, which has a selection of pubs and restaurants.
