This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Location, location, location! A hop, skip and jump to Waihi Beach's famous 'Flat White Cafe' and stunning 10km ocean beach. Not so glam on the outside (but we are working on that) but inside it's a little winner - almost brand new with all the comforts in a home away from home. Short walk to the shops, hotel and RSA....but so close to the beach! BBQ available plus all other amenities to make for a relaxing stay!
