Property is at a corner only 50 meters from Karanga River, opposite the bridge. Enjoy fantastic scenery around the river, plus full view of Kilimanjaro Mountain visible from the premises .

A peace full home in a quiet neighborhood. Secure fenced compound with security guard, free parking in the compound. Covered porch to enjoy the gardens and nice climate. Ground floor: two self contained bedrooms, living room, kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge, store and public bathroom. On first floor two additional rooms and big open space.
