Am Haunsberg in Obertrum, direkt an der Hauptstrasse gelegen, bietet diese moderne Unterkunft tolle Möglichkeiten für Alt und Jung. Wander- und Radfahrmöglichkeiten finden sich direkt vorm Haus, außerdem benötigt man ins Zentrum der Stadt Salzburg mit Bus oder Auto je nach Verkehrslage 20-35 Minuten. Stilvolles Loft mit Seeblick Die Unterkunft ist für bis zu 10 Personen geeignet. Das Apartment befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses und verfügt über einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Es gibt bis zu 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und 1 separate Toilette. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Haarfön sind vorhanden. Im Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Laden mit griechischen Erzeugnissen.

The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

Appartement (Achtung ohne Küche) aber es gibt eine Kochgelegenheit, mit separatem Eingang in einer ruhigen Ortschaft Du hast ein eigenes Bad und ein separates WC, kannst den Garten und dessen Sitzgelegenheiten mitbenützen und es gibt auch die Möglichkeit ein Frühstück zu buchen. Im Zimmer findest du eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank, eine kleine Auswahl an Geschirr für alle Fälle und einen mini Backofen. Der Essplatz mit zwei Stühlen kann auch als Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
