Start your day with coffee while listening to eagles and whale watching from the living room or the deck, enjoy Juneau's best offerings - like remote glacier hikes - all less than 15 minutes away, then return to luxurious comforts to relax at home and watch the sunset as flying squirrels and eagles play next to the deck, and wildlife like orca pass by just offshore. Channel view and quiet neighborhood, less than 4 miles to downtown Juneau, overlooking Douglas Harbor and Gastineau Channel. 13 miles Eaglecrest Ski Area. 1 block Perseverance Theater, 2 blocks Treadwell Ice Rink

You will find it down the left drive way :)

Home on the Bluff with Ocean View Hot Tub

Enjoy this spacious and unique space while watching whales, sea lions, and eagles in their natural habitat. This stunning property is located in the middle of the best trailheads and whale watching in Juneau. This property has two futons, one downstairs in the living room, and one upstairs in the loft. Things to note: The property is only accessible by a flight of outdoor stairs. The fireplace is unfortunately not in use. There is beach access from nearby trails, but not from the property.
