Backyard has lawn furniture and a table to enjoy a meal outside or the evening shade. NO pets/animals. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only. These rules make it comfortable for all guests. Just 18 miles north of Lubbock. We live just off the interstate in the country. Separate guesthouse close to the main house on 3 1/2 acres. The guesthouse is one big room with a separate bathroom and closet. Small kitchen area -stovetop, fridge and coffee pot included and a Dining room table Beautiful sunset and sunrises. Sleeps 4 in 2 Queen and twin bed and there is a couch and love seat. We will interact however you need us. Several restaurants and a grocery store in town.
