The home's decor is French Provincial , features two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a super King that can be split into two singles if required, each with it’s own personal ensuite Sunny open plan living with kitchen and a private, sunny indoor out-door deck area taking advantage of harbour & island sea views. We are not located on Waiheke Island

A spacious room, light, very comfortable

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

Welcome to our little slice of paradise. Charming, bohemian style studio nestled downstairs of our family home on the bottom level with your own entrance. Enjoy waking up and hearing the tuis sing, put your walking shoes on and take a stroll through the bush to Mellons Bay Beach. The Main Street of Howick is just 5mins drive away where you can access local restaurants and pubs, the Monterey Movie Cinema and a boutique shopping experience.

Grey Lynn/Ponsonby: Stunning more than just a room

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.
