Our thoughtfully designed waterfront escape on the Sunshine Coast is ready for you to relax and let your troubles melt away. Beach access is just steps away from the door. A peak-a-boo ocean view from the SW facing deck, and hiking and bike trails, and waterfalls just short distance. The interior is carefully curated with luxurious finishes and beautiful and comfortable furnishings in every room.

Located in West Sechelt this is a FABULOUS executive basement garden suite with a unbelievable view of the Trail Island and Vancouver Island. Minutes from downtown Sechelt, beaches and parks the year round mild climate offers a all-season recreation destination for hiking, biking, kayaking/canoeing, marine tours, air tours, swimming, fishing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing The Sunshine coast is easily accessed by ferry (Horseshoe bay to Langdale) or air (Harbour Air) to the jewel of BC.

"Even in the rain it was breathtaking!" Guests are serenaded by abundant bird life and the soothing sound of waterfalls cascading into the tidal estuary below. Your modern suite features a spacious bathroom with W/D, a full kitchen, 9' ceilings letting in loads of light and 2 connecting bedrooms which comfortably sleeps up to 5 persons. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.
