Featuring a sandy beach and gradual entry shoreline, you and your family are welcome to enjoy all of the park’s amenities!

The area is hilly and the driveway is sloped. Cottage heated by a wood stove - wood provided.

Deck with BBQ and patio set & fire pit are surrounded by trees. Gather at the bonfire and watch the stars. A path continues through the woods to the dock, kayak & canoe. Behaved pets only. Enjoy!

Perfect for a romantic getaway, there are meadows and ponds to explore, with trails through mature hardwood and cedar forests. For the rock hound there is an old mineral rich pink calcite gravel pit to explore. Enjoy the amazing views from the Balcony, gaze at the night sky, commune with the horses and marvel in the sights and sounds of nature while you refresh your soul.

Pine Cabin- 2 Min to Lakes/Snowmobile Trails

Enjoy a quite stay on a wooded lot in the heart of cottage country! The cabins are conveniently located within walking distance to the lovely town of Dorset, Kawagama Lake and Lake of Bays. The scenic lookout tower, hiking, snowmobiling and ATV trails are all at our doorstep. In town you can find restaurants on the water, Robinson's General Store, a bakery and an LCBO. Come swim in the pristine waters, fawn over the fall colours or go for a rip on your snowmobile. It's all here to explore!

We offer a comfy bunkie, it is off grid and complete with a Queen sized bed, Coleman stove, outhouse, fire pit, & picnic table. The bunkie sits on the edge of the tranquil Baptiste Lake encompassing glowing sunrise-views. Bancroft is barely 15 min away & 10 min. from Maynooth. Direct lake access for fishing & OFSC snowmobile trails are in front of the cozy cabin. ATV and hiking trails all close by

Relax and unwind at our cozy cabin nestled in the woods. Wake up among the trees in the loft bedroom. Unplug from daily life and immerse yourself in nature while still enjoying modern amenities, including a Scandinavian-inspired sauna and outdoor fire pit. The cabin offers the feeling of being secluded while still being close by everything Haliburton County has to offer. 5 minutes to Boshkung Lake and Carnarvon. 10 minutes to Minden and 25 minutes to Haliburton.

Little cabin in the woods

Small 14 x 14 cabin with a deck. Wifi available, heater, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, table, chairs and 2 bunkbeds. Outhouse nearby. Great place to sleep if you are going to be out all day hiking, geocaching, fishing, canoeing, atving, snowmobiling, cross country skiing or snowshoeing. South Algonquin Trails is a working horse farm. If you enjoy great people and horses then this is the place for you. Horseback riding is available on site.

Retreat style cottage + wood fired sauna

A private lakeside retreat with all-day sun and sunsets, featuring the main cabin, wood sauna, kayaks and rowboat, private shoreline and docks. Unlimited WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, two fire pits, docks, excellent swimming (clean and weed free) on a private forested property. It is 15 minutes to Haliburton with many stores. Bedding and towels are an additional fee of 30.00 per bed. Please inquire. Long weekends are 3 days/nights minimum.

Our cabin is located on one of the North Kawartha Lakes, away from traffic or city noise yet close to both towns Apsley and Bancroft for a little shopping, entertainment or dining trip. Completely private, suited for a couple or those looking to get away from daily stress. The road leading to our property has been upgraded for a better access for those who have never experienced driving on country roads.
