This newly renovated bungalow sits on two acres of oceanfront in a quiet inlet just off highway 7, Musquodoboit Harbour – just a short forty minute drive to downtown Halifax.

This suite is attached to a private home with separate entrance and deck area. Located on lake where swimming, paddle boarding and relaxing on lake front dock are encouraged. One bedroom with king size bed and on-suite bath, kitchen area with island, desk and living area with fireplace. Pullout couch allows for second sleeping area (no blinds if using pullout). Deck is equipped with furniture and BBQ. Hot tub & paddle boards are available for your use. Parking for one car. Shared yard.

This summer home is located at the head of Herring Cove; there is 48m of waterfront. Have fun exploring, roaming the rocks or kayaking the Cove of this private shore. We have a kayak for your pleasure. Enjoy the spectacular view from the hot tub or the spacious deck. Herring Cove has much to offer with its hiking, sight seeing, simply sitting at the dock, or visiting our popular Pavia Cafe. It is a 15 minute drive to Downtown. This is a great spot for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts.

This bright oceanfront chalet/cabin is secluded, quiet and all about nature, 20 minutes from Halifax. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 floors with a deck right on the ocean. The chabet is open concept, modern, and finished with hardwood floors, copper accents and all the basic comforts. The location makes it ideal for hiking, yoga, relaxing and oceanfront living. The house is 1300 ft2. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling, the woodstove is not for guest use.

The Ravine

Welcome to the Ravine! This is a self contained guest suite with its own entry. It contains all you will need including a large bed-sitting area, full 3 piece bath, queen size bed, sofa, TV, kitchenette, breakfast nook and lovely little deck looking out towards the Maples and to Lake Banook - famous with paddlers, kayakers and rowers from around the world. You'll feel like you're in the country in this quiet corner of our garden, just a pitter patter from the lake.

Several beaches are located within minutes of Palmer Cottage, including Queensland Beach, Cleveland Beach and our very own Cowlow Cove beach - only a minute's walk from the cottage! Local amenities are only 10 minutes away!

This coastal themed home is located at the end of a private lane on an estuary stemming from the ocean. A short walk to one of Nova Scotia’s most beautiful beaches. (Conrad’s beach) Watch the stars from the covered porch, enclosed sunroom, or bubbling hot and modern hot tub. You’ll fall in love with the sounds of the marine birds frolicking in the water directly a stones throw from any location of the home. Sunsets are spectacular!
