Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Situated just off the A37 on the edge of the Mendip hills. The ideal base for visiting Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury, Bath and Bristol. All within a 25 minute drive. There is a petrol station with a convenience store and post office in the village. Opposite the garage is a pub called The Temple Inn- just a 5 minute walk away. A farm shop is 5 minute drive away and a local chinese takeaway within walking distance. There is a hourly bus that will take you directly to Bristol city centre or Wells.

The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

The Engine House offers self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Bath at Withy Mills Farm. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, The Engine House enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. The Engine House will suit couples looking for a romantic hideaway. Snuggle up for a cosy evening with a log fire. Unfortunately The Engine House is not suitable for small children.
