Le logement est parfaitement situé sur la presqu'île de Lyon dans l'hypercentre. Vous pourrez accéder aux quartiers historiques de Lyon à pied ! Il se situe juste derrière la gare de Perrache à 7 minutes à pied. La gare de Perrache est une gare SNCF, gare routière, vous trouverez la ligne A du métro et plusieurs lignes de tramway

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Superbe studio lumineux tout équipé et récemment rénové. Il est proche de Jean Macé, quartier très dynamique avec ses commerces et très bien desservi par les transports en communs (tram, bus, métro). Il est très proche de la gare Perrache, Part-Dieu et de la place Bellecour. Tout confort : Wifi (fibre optique), lave linge, TV (Netflix, Chromecast), frigo, four combiné micro-onde, cuisson induction, nespresso, théière, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, ventilateur. Le linge de maison est fourni.

Studio "Le trèfle" à 150 m du métro Gare d'Oullins

Ce joli studio chaleureux, fonctionnel et bien agencé a été rénové dans un esprit déco tendance. Un coin nuit agréable, séparé d'une verrière, surplombe le séjour et la cuisine. Il est situé dans une arrière cours très calme au rez-de-chaussée. Sa localisation idéale au centre d'Oullins, au pieds des commodités vous séduira. Il se trouve à 150m de la gare d’Oullins, du métro, des lignes de bus qui desservent Lyon et le sud-ouest Lyonnais. En voiture, l'accès à l'autoroute A7 se fait en 5 min.

The apartment is located in a modern building as you exit the metro station "Jean Jaurès". Ideal location to visit Lyon, direct access to many tourist sites, concert halls, congress or exhibition; or to get to your business or training appointments. If you come by car you will have a garage available. Restaurants, a children playground are located at the foot of the building, Bakery and supermarket on the other side of the avenue, A farmers / Fruit & vegetable market on Thursday evening.

Cosy studio next to Debourg station

You will find comfort and convenience in this quiet studio, located just 5 mns walk from Debourg metro, tram and bus stations. It is surrounded by different shops, restaurants and cafés. You can reach Part-Dieu and Bellecour in 15'. Confluences museum is closeby as well as the Rhone river banks. Though located in the city, the studio is still quiet at night as it is situated at the rear of the appartement block. If you are coming by car, be aware that you have to pay for parking in the area.
