This apartment is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A traditional restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The DesignerOutlet Centre and other shopping malls are just a few kilometres away and ideally reachable by bus. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers.

Das Haus Neumayr befindet sich etwas ausserhalb von Bruck in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Der ehemalige Bauernhof wurde 2018 generalsaniert. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (Dachschräge) des Hauses und ist über ein separates Stiegenhaus erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung kann abgeschlossen werden und wird nur von den Gästen bewohnt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche mit Essbereich, einem Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer mit Duche und Waschbecken, 2 WC´s und einem Vorhaus

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Unser Appartementhaus liegt sehr zentral und in sehr ruhiger Lage im bekannten Urlaubsort Flachau. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alle Wohnungen sind mit kostenlosem WLAN ausgestattet. Parkplatz ist kostenlos. Hinter dem Haus ist eine große Grünfläche mit öffentlicher Terrasse, Liegewiese und Tischtennistisch. Hand- & Badetücher und Bettwäsche ist inklusive.
