Luxury Appartement in the alps 2-5 people

Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

You'll be located in a historic villa surrounded by wonderful gardens and picturesque views of the mountains.

This large room extends over 29 sqm and is elegantly designed to inspire guests. The room has a grandiose view of Ivy's gardens at the base of the picturesque Untersberg. The accomodation is furnished with a double bed and a small wardrobe, and fits up to two (2) people. Some of the rooms include a free-standing bathtub and a bathroom with a shower, while other rooms include a modern bathroom with a rainforest shower. It's an undoubtedly perfect retreat after a memorable day in Salzburg.

In nur 5 km erreichen Sie die Ski- und Wanderregion Dachstein West sowie das Ortszentrum Annaberg – den Heimatort von 2-fach Olympiasieger Marcel Hirscher. Inmitten der beeindruckenden Bergwelt des Gosaukammes und des Tennengebirges bieten wir für die ganze Familie einen abwechslungsreichen und doch ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub.

With the city centre just a few minutes away, Ivy's the ideal place for an Austrian getaway.

Tax € 3,50 per adult/day - short stay € 10,00 per day under 5 nights not included. Tax is graded up on the 1st of May 2027 to € 4,10 per adult/per day.
